Roam Earplugs are covered against defects in materials or workmanship that prevent the product from functioning as intended during normal use.

Normal use means using, cleaning and storing your Roam Earplugs according to the instructions provided in our Start Guide.

This warranty lasts for one year from the original delivery date. Proof of purchase may be required when submitting a claim.

The warranty does not cover:

• Normal wear and ageing
• Silicone ear tips that wear out through regular use
• Cosmetic marks that do not affect product performance
• Lost or stolen products
• Accidental damage, misuse or neglect
• Damage caused by improper cleaning or harsh chemicals
• Unauthorized alterations or modifications
• Damage caused by incompatible third-party products or accessories

Registering your warranty is optional and is not required for your Roam Earplugs to remain covered.

Registration helps us confirm your product information and provide faster support if you need to make a claim.

To submit a warranty claim, contact us at support@roamearplugs.com.

Please provide:

• Your full name
• Email address
• Order ID or proof of purchase
• Product colour
• A description of the issue

We may also request photographs or additional information to help us review your claim.

Once we receive your claim, our support team will review the information provided and confirm whether the issue is covered by the warranty.

If the claim is approved, we will contact you with the available resolution and the next steps.

Do not send your product back unless our support team provides return instructions.

The one-year warranty is separate from our 60-day trial and return policy.
