How to wear them

Both earplugs are identical, so either one can go in either ear.

Choose your ear tips
Start with the size that feels most comfortable.
Gently push them in
Push each earplug into place until it feels secure. There’s no need to twist.
Gently pull to remove
Hold the earplug securely and pull it out slowly.

How to wash them

Wash your entire Roam Earplug using water and mild soap. Avoid harsh chemicals and allow everything to dry completely before placing your earplugs back inside the Travel Tube.
